A good organizational climate helps to bring in energy, hard work, and the right potential in the organization. A perfect workspace is not just some good windows or balcony but it is much beyond that. Even the food we cook needs to have its taste to make it taste the best.

So let's have a look at the ingredients that a perfect workplace should have:
 

WORK STRUCTURE- A perfect workplace does not simply mean what looks just like a 5-star hotel or something luxurious. What matters is what is the quality of work being done and how effective is the work being managed. No matter how big or small the firm is, discipline, time management, and productivity should be the key components of any firm.

Inheriting a work culture is important, making employees know about the work procedure, the tools, the resources, and the timelines to complete targets is more important. A successful firm goes by growth and involves the best organizational climate.  a good work culture where employees are given induction training, good career guidance, incentives as per their work, etc is important for an organization.

CREATE OPPORTUNITIES- If someone knows there is a restaurant nearby people might hardly go, if there is an opportunity to have one dish free and home delivery people will surely go and have a look.You need to start creating opportunities in your organization,  as creating opportunities helps the employees to show active participation.If employees know a fixed pattern of what they will be promoted and they are surely going to be promoted then they will be lethargic. If you create opportunities like having an inbuilt canteen, traveling facility, etc will give them a sense of security and living. Even giving them compensation plans based on the work they do also makes them proactive in doing their work.

ADD REMOTE WORKING IN YOUR ORGANISATION- Many organizations have implemented remote working, especially in times of pandemic they focus on increasing remote working, as remote working gives employees ease and comfort where they have flexibility in their working hours as well as can work more productively at a suitable time.In remote working organizations should use time tracking because time tracking helps the manager to keep a track of the organizational activities.

FOCUS ON TEAM COORDINATION- Most often in organizations, it happens that employees do not focus on working together, everyone thinks that they are specialized in whatever work they have been doing, many times employees don't even know each other.

So efforts should be made by the manager to inculcate team coordination where the entire team works towards the achievement of organizational goals by the contribution of their efforts.

So decentralization is important as it helps the top level of the organization to focus on important and cruciàl tasks as well as decisions and it also helps the employees give a sense of motivation to make certain decisions themselves and to bring innovation through their ways of working.

Training makes an employee more comfortable and better at work. Any workplace seems perfect if it is abandoned with these qualities, qualities in an organization matter really, a small firm having a skilled manager and employee can create a large organization too. It's how a manager and his team works, how a manager acts as a leader and handles and controls the entire organization so they work to their best potential.
